FAQ

What makes your hair color different from other salons?

Each formula we create is a custom blend of up to eight different commercial lines and up to five different types of hair color. We also buffer all of our bleaches and colors with our own Color ZEN™, developed right here in the studio, to leave hair supple, not brittle. No itch, no burn, no scabbing.

What bond-building treatments do you offer?

We use Olaplex as our primary bond-building agent. It can be added to color and bleach services, used as a stand-alone treatment, or taken home as Olaplex #3 to maintain results. We also offer THE 4 IN 1 Moisture Mask, the Milbon Treatment (a 2-step protein and moisturizing treatment that lasts up to 5 weeks), and the K-18 Masque for curly and frizzy hair.

How do I protect my color in the shower?

Before getting in, spray your hair 10 to 20 times with a silicone-based spray-on leave-in conditioner. This creates a barrier against chlorine and shampoo fade. Also use a shampoo free of detergents like sodium laureth sulfate, TEA lauryl sulfate, MEA, and DEA, the same harsh ingredients found in dish soap.

Can I brush my hair when it's wet?

No. Wet hair is extremely fragile. Wait until your hair is more than halfway dry before combing through it. Simply letting it dry will take care of most tangles on its own.
